Creative independence is vital.  As a filmmaker and a painter, I am enamoured with capturing the thought provoking, unusual or beautiful.  I am deeply curious and can find a visual story in most places.  Film is the ultimate collaborative expression of sound and light together.   Mix that with travel to extreme places, or the chance to capture the mythical, and I have already packed my bags.  

Film to me has always been transformative and epic, as well as being an incredible tool for social reflection and change.  Filmmaking and visual storytelling drive my creative vision.

I relish a challenge, and have taught myself by keen observation, most of what I do. 

Between the adventure of films, I paint to transcend, recharge, empathise, contemplate and find the beauty in the abstract.  

The most luminous things often come from the darkest point in space.
